 Sightseeing In Mallorca That You Should Not Miss To Visit

The city of Palma de Mallorca is appointed as the capital of the Balearic Islands. It is appointed as the major city in Mallorca. At the beginning of 2007, the population of the city is approximately 400, 000 and half of this population is settling in Palma city. The city since it has been discovered as a great destination for vacation has never been emptied by millions of tourists coming from the different corners of the world.

There are two options that you can choose to ride when you wanted to tour around the city; buses and trains. It is the Empresa Municipal de Transportes Urbanes de Palma de Mallorca that operates the local buses which is said to be very numerous. Palma de Mallorca boasts off plenty of pristine beaches. Most of the beaches settle in the heart of the city that makes it easy for the tourists to visit.

If you are in Palma de Mallorca, do not miss to see some of their sightseeing such like the following:

Paseo Maritimo – night lovers should not miss to visit this area of the city. They have the best nightlife features offered. Located nearby the ocean in Palma, the clubs here still on until 6:00 a.m. the best place to head for everybody looking for fun and enjoyment.

Castell de Bellver – this castle was established on the ruins in the Muslim site. The castle has a museum of classical sculptures, archaeological finds and great view of the bay. Tourists can visit the castle at weekdays from 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m. During Sundays and public holidays it is still open, yet it would start at 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pueblo Español – it is an architectural museum that opens at 9:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. The design that it has is like of that of a small village yet it composed major classical arts from the Spanish architecture. Though tourists are allowed to go inside but they should have to pay for the admission fee of €3 for children and €5 for adults.
